Nut Hawai'i will cover this liability up to $50.00 only for the unauthorized use of your credit card resulting through no fault of your own from purchases made at one of our sites while using our secure server.
In the event of such unauthorized use, you must promptly notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

To ensure you're getting the best protection available, we recommend using the latest version of your browser software and downloading security updates as they become available.
When you've finished shopping on our website and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of the Nut Hawai'i shopping site. How to Return an Item
Please return items as soon as possible.
Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to:

If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the address above.
For your protection, please use UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Nut Hawai'i.
Exchanges
Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
