Everything grown on our orchard, which includes, mainly macadamia nuts and tropical fruit, supersedes the USDA organic certification. It is 100% chemical fertilizer and pesticide free. We set our standard even beyond USDA certification requirement, which is 95%.
We grow macadamia nuts and tropical fruits include apple bananas, pineapples, star fruit, and guava, to optimize the soil quality and micro-ecosystem. We also adopt agroforestry concept, to harvest the best possible nuts while sustainably manage the forest land we are occupying. We try to keep as many native trees and scrubs as possible, e.g. 50+ years of Ohia Lehua, instead of destroying the whole nature just for a couple of nuts.
We are NOT short in operating cash; we need NOT to achieve targeted sales and production benchmarks every quarter; we do NOT compromise to quality, just to comfort our shareholders, stakeholders, landlords or partners.
